To me, private dining is all about sharing precious time with your loved ones. There is nothing more wondrous than eating the food you love in a relaxed environment with your chosen humans. I absolutely adore creating new menus, in collaboration with my clients, inspired by their experiences to ensure everyone feels truly spoilt rotten.
All my food is made with love, from scratch, using the freshest ingredients from local producers, markets and of course, the place where I started cooking 18 years ago, Manchester’s wondrous New Smithfield Market.

From creating a special birthday meal for 2 to creating a feast for a lot more, your bespoke menu can be delivered to you so you just heat and serve OR you can have the pleasure of my company as I take care of everything for you from start to finish.
Events Catering
Whether it be weddings, funerals, special anniversaries or corporate events, my trusted team of freelance chefs, servers and bar staff work with me to ensure you have a gorgeous time with your guests making indelible happy memories.

How it works
Private dining is all about the personal touch. We’ll work together to arrive at your perfect menu. Have you been on holiday where you enjoyed a gorgeous romantic meal? Maybe you’d like to remember nostalgic times and have me recreate your Gran’s apple pie? It’s all about giving you a unique experience that will create new happy memories.

Menu Design
I go away and create a first draft menu for your approval.
The best bit!
I come and cook, serve, and wash it all up afterwards.

I will be in touch to schedule a phone call where we chat all things food, drinks, cheese!
Deposit
When you’re happy I price it all up and take a 25% deposit to secure your date. A further 25% is taken 4 weeks beforehand and I’ll ask you to confirm allergens or dietary requirements.
Final balance is due a week before.
